1. ಬಂಗಾರದ ಜೋಡಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ದೆ ಕೇವಲ ಮನರಂಜನೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.
2. ಇದು ಯಾರದ್ದೇ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯದ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕುವ ಅಳತೆ ಗೋಲಲ್ಲ.
3. ಸ್ಪರ್ದಿಗಳು ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟೇಶನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ವಿವರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವರೇ ಬಾಧ್ಯರು.

5. ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ದೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವ ಉಡುಗೋರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯಾ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದ ಮಾಲೀಕರೆ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಗಾರದ ಜೋಡಿ ಆಯೋಜಕರಾಗಲಿ ಸಿರಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಟಿವಿಯಾಗಲೀ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಲ್ಲ.
7. ಸ್ಪರ್ದೆಯ ನೀತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
